Wow where to I start with Dimons!! From start to finish they have been quite literally amazing. I had lots of local estate agents value my property and bombard me with their sales pitch and lots of follow up calls, I found Dimons very respectful and honest which played a big part in me choosing them for the sale and purchase of my forwarding property. Their fees we found to be the cheapest locally but this didn't reflect on the service we received in fact it was the total opposite they supported us throughout the whole process even in areas that were completely out of their job role! I cannot thank the whole team at Dimons enough for all their hard work and attention over the last few months. Heidi is the voice of reason, experience and empathy at what can be and was for me, an incredibly stressful time. Heidi went above and beyond, keeping me regularly updated and reassured. The whole team communicate so well and I never had a question left unanswered or a call not returned. If I ever move house again I will certainly be using Dimons and I wholly encourage others to do the same. Heidi you are a superstar!
