    Having identified the opportunity for an estate agency specialising in lettings only - an agency that's driven by exceptional service and results - we opened Draker's doors for the first time in July 2010.

    Based in our spacious 2,000 sq ft office in Sloane Square, we let well over 400 properties every year. In fact, we've achieved a consistent annual growth of more than 40% since setting up shop.

    Experts in property, we're fundamentally all about people. Ours are key to Draker's success, so we make sure everyone's both trained and rewarded accordingly. We all work to a fundamental set of values encompassing continual, incremental improvement; integrity at all times; and total accountability to every customer and client. We're aware that our industry isn't perfect, so we go above and beyond the call of duty to promote trust and respect - both internally and externally.

    Our extensive property list comprises high quality rentals in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Pimlico, Notting Hill, Bayswater and Fulham and the surrounding areas. We focus exclusively on lettings because it's what we know best, it's what we do best and we think that we do it better than the rest.

    We make a point of being friendly and easy to deal with, but you won't find a more determined, dynamic and results-driven bunch on our patch.

    We keep the whole process focused and straightforward - and we keep it moving. That means calling you back quickly, being available when it suits you, making sure you understand everything and giving helpful advice if it's needed.

    Finding good tenants can send a landlord's anxiety levels... 'through the roof'. So we don't rush things to get a sale. We don't recommend a tenant unless they are properly qualified. Most of our business comes from corporate tenants; their employer takes the lease and pays the rent.
