I was being messed around for a whole year by Bairstow Eves, we had been through two potential buyers in 2 years, each time getting to the point of exchange and it falling through.

The circumstances for the sale of the property was very volatile and it needed to be done.

I was desperate. I went to dreams to seek advice on what I needed to with Bairstow and they gave me the best advice for FREE, the put up with so many phone calls, emails and drop ins.

Eventually I decided to put my house up for sale with dreams as well whilst still clinging onto hope with Bairstow eves.

They still gave me advice on how to make the sale go through with Bairstow even if that meant that themselves wouldn't get our sale.
