I have used Easiliving for 10 years next month Throughout this period I have found them to be responsive and helpful. The fact it is a family owned and run business means that there has been less turnover in staff than with the other agencies I use. I recently had to get some replacement doors installed. Georgina arranged quotes and oversaw the installation. The process was well handled from start to finish.

An excellent experience. I rented a property managed by Easiliving for almost 5 years in Jesmond. Everything was easy and smooth and a the couple of maintenance issues that came up were dealt with immediately. Very happy to recommend them.

I have used other local agents previously and find this agent the easiest and most responsive. If a tenant uses the Fix Flo reporting system to report issues, the agent manages the maintenance issue unless it is likely to cost more than the limit I have set previously. If it is above the limit then I can either resolve the issue myself or approve the work to do undertaken by Easiliving. Georgina is always across everything that is happening and gives advice or gets further quotes if requested. T
