      Founded in 1983, Edward Mellor began life with a single office in Reddish, Stockport, run by Edward and his wife June. We remain the oldest family-run estate agents in the area.

      Megan Brown, Area Valuer
      Megan has been with Edward Mellor Woodley since September 2018, however has been an expert within the industry for over eight years working in and around the Stockport and Greater Manchester areas. In her role as Area Valuer, Megan is responsible for providing an accurate valuation of your property, meeting, and often exceeding, your expectations and being the front name for our Woodley Office. She's an avid Manchester City fan and a season ticket holder so goes on a regular basis to watch the boys in blue, and also enjoys running and socialising with her family and friends in her spare time.

      Sharon Ann has been with Edward Mellor since 2011. She has worked in financial servicing for 20 years, working for mainstream banks providing professional financial advice to varied sectors mainly including personal financial advice along with Business Banking.       Courtney Tate, Sales Negotiator
      Courtney has been with Edward Mellor since 2017. Since starting, Courtney has worked in our customer contact team, as a viewing rep and is now based in our Woodley office as a sales negotiator. Having multiple roles has helped Courtney develop her knowledge and understanding of the industry. Courtney's main responsibilities in the Woodley branch is to work closely with our buyers ensuring they are being updated on new properties coming to the market, conducting viewings of the properties and negotiating sales. A fun fact about Courtney is that she loves to socialise and is partial to a rhubarb and ginger gin!

      Rachel Bradshaw, Sales Negotiator
      Rachel has been with Edward Mellor Since the start of 2019 and has worked in two of our branches, Gorton and currently our Woodley branch. In her role as a Sales Negotiator, Rachel is responsible for booking viewings, negotiating offers with the buyers and showing them round our properties in which fit their requirements, having a good understanding of the local area and the current market situation , marketing current properties, generating business and giving customers guidance on the process of the sale including referring them to our mortgage advisors and referring them to our solicitors ensuring all customers have a smooth and professional experience. Rachel would class herself as a true foodie and has a love of travelling, having travelled the world and experiencing all different types of cultures!

      Jackie Clifford, Vendor Relationship Manager
      Jackie has been with Edward Mellor since 2012, although originally started with the company in 1996. She initially started as a weekend Sales Negotiator at the Woodley Office and then moved on to become a full-time Sales Negotiator, finally transferring to the Vendor Management team. Outside of work, Jackie loves to visit her family in Canada and explore the great outdoors.

      Dionne Davenport, Sales Progression Adviser
      Dionne has been with Edward Mellor since 2015. Since joining the company she has been a sales negotiator at both our Marple and Stalybridge branches and is now enjoying her role as a sales progressor based at our head office. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring that the sale goes as swiftly and smoothly as possible for both the buyer and seller through liaising with solicitors. Dionne also has two cats called Molly Mop and Louby Lou, who she loves very much and treats them as if they were her children.

      Alana Hankinson, Sales Progression Adviser
      Alana has been with Edward Mellor since summer 2019. Since joining the company, she has been on the sales progression team. Previously she has worked as an account coordinator for new build properties. Alana is responsible for progressing the sale and guiding buyers and vendors through the process right through to exchange and completion. This includes dealing with renegotiations, providing updates, and liaising with solicitors to try and take the worry out of moving home. Since joining Edward Mellor Alana has been given the nickname 'Alan' and has become quite fond of it.
