    Opening Edwards is the realization of a dream for Grant. Having worked for one of the leading estate agents in the South for many years at manager and director levels, he chose to leave his previous company to open his own estate agency and has never looked back.

    Through hard work and a determination to succeed he was rapidly promoted and was in charge of one of the most successful offices in the area. His passion for property and for providing the best service possible spurred him into opening Edwards in December 2009.

    Lewis Winter - Sales Consultant
    Lewis was born and raised in Poole and went to school just around the corner from the Edwards office in Lower Parkstone so he has great knowledge of the local area. Since finishing school Lewis has spent the last few years working within the industry for a local agent where he dealt with the majority of the marketing, ensuring the seller's property was marketed to the correct audience as well as showing their home in it's best possible light, carrying our viewings with buyers and providing regular updates to seller's to ensure they are fully kept in the loop and aware of the feedback from buyers, and then once he agreed on a sale he then helped the sale to progress through to completion even when things did not go to plan Lewis worked with the buyers and seller's to achieve the mutually desired outcome of the sale completing. She is known for going the extra mile and can often be found working late into the evenings to keep her clients updated in what can be one of the most stressful of times. Nina is a local girl, born and bred in Poole and knows the area like the back of her hand. On a weekend she can often be found over The Purbecks on her mountain bike, taking in our exceptional coastline, or sat in a restaurant enjoying a lovely meal with friends, never taking the incredible area we live in for granted.
