      Kate Kupyn - Branch Manager 
      Kate is the branch manager in the March office and also lives in the town. She has been working in the industry for over 10 years and is a dedicated member of the team with customer service at the heart of everything she does. Kate enjoys building relationships with both vendors and purchasers and deals with the marketing, promotion and subsequent sale of properties. Having lived in the area all her life, she has a sound understanding of the market and a good knowledge of the local area and can advise applicants on anything from school catchment areas to local bus timetables. In her free time, Kate likes to socialise with family and friends.

      Louise Martin
      Louise's first experience of estate agency was when she did work experience from school when she was 15. She then stayed on over the summer after which she joined a youth training scheme and worked her way up through the industry where she remained for many years. She took a break when she joined the Police Force but missed the buzz of estate agency so started at elliswinters&co in 2016 as a valuer in the March office. Louise is extremely thorough with everything she does and enjoys helping people through the often complicated process of moving home. In her free time, Louise enjoys good food, walking her dog and going on weekends away to different places.

      Josie Collin - Administrator 
      Josie joined the company in January 2019 and has quickly become an integral part of the March office. Her role is to find tenants for the company's landlords and to make the transition between tenancies as quick and as seamless as possible. She has a background in administration and keeps the office systems running smoothly behind the scenes. Prior to joining elliswinters&co, Josie worked at a local prison and Major Crime Unit Police Headquarters based in Huntingdon. In her spare time, Josie likes camping, crocheting, weekends away and spending time with her family and friends.
