Rutland and his team first starting managing our property in 2002 and they have proved to be an excellent lettings agency. They have always ensured both our properties have been let to great tenants. I have also found that Rutland takes care in making sure the properties are maintained in good condition and is quick to resolve any issues that come up.I would highly recommend the team at Elms as they are always quick to help, easy to deal with and have a great attitude.

He managed a challenging process very professionally and was even handed with all parties. He achieved our asking price for the sale of our property within 3 days and worked tirelessly to ensure that our sale and purchase was completed within 3 months.
