Without the help of Louise Carr I am not sure if the property would ever have been sold as the were unforeseen legal problems with solicitors which added to the time frame. Louise kept us and the buyer informed throughout this process and offered sound advice and was extremely supportive. She is an asset to Enfields and I would recommend her to anyone who needed to buy or sell property. Louise Carr was particularly helpful during the post sale period - very proactive and quick at responding to queries which was needed as we had a tight deadline. Enfields were miles better than the previous agent we used (Purple Bricks). I'd therefore always recommend using a proper estate agent like Enfields.

Louise the outstanding personality with the warmness: I came into contact with Louise in the middle of my transaction. Before her there was someone dealing with me but the time she took over my account it was like she was taking my case with her personal touch. She was very accommodative, communicative, prompt in her reply and at the same time professional.
