My family and I just wanted to thank all of you there at Engall Castle for the outstanding level of service we received from you regarding the recent sale of my mother's bungalow. I first came across your agency when you advertised a property my parents were interested in purchasing. From the very first phone call and viewing I knew I was dealing with a professional, caring organisation. All questions were answered honestly and eloquently and despite us requesting several viewings, we were never felt to be a nuisance or an inconvenience. Sadly we were unable to proceed with this purchase due to my Father's passing, however my mother has since purchased and moved into a property in the same building, where she has settled in very well. When it came to selling my parents property, we initially tried two different estate agents in Tewkesbury, with whom we had prior connections. Both assured us the property would be sold easily and confidentially assured us we would receive very near the asking price. Both agents failed miserably. Not only did they not secure many viewings, their attitude and lack of customer care were extremely disappointing. As time was marching on, I recalled the professional attitude your company had shown during our potential purchase and decided to give the property a fresh attempt and contacted your office. From day one everything was swiftly put in place, viewers were aplenty, honest feedback given and queries answered promptly and professionally. Before too long a couple of offers were made and then an offer was agreed and accepted! We were always kept updated at every step in the process and made to feel like valued customers.
