    Many people ask about our beautiful building. 

    Dating back to 1400s Grade 1* Listed, it has 4 floors and a cellar where the original priest hole is now blocked up. 

    Engravings in the windows on the first floor show the names Mary Loys and Thomas Smart and the date 1739 - and it is believed that they were married from the building which was originally a private house.

    Until 1992 it was a fishmonger's and the rails and hooks on the front of the building and indeed inside, were for displaying and hanging game.

    Ex Director of the largest group of estate agents in the UK, and operating across Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and the Midlands she has excellent estate agency experience and knowledge.   Her specialism in sales and marketing  helps to ensure every Engall Castle property performs at its best to achieve its best price.  Originally from Tewkesbury, she returned to the area in 1995.  Wendy is a keen golfer, gardener and cook.

    With many years professional experience within BT, Steve's a good people person with a great sense of humour.  Outside of work Steve is bass guitarist for a local band which he tells us is excellent.  One of Steve's other passions is for fast cars and he is the proud owner of classic sports cars.

    Lucy is a born organiser and keeps us all on the straight and narrow since joining the team in 2014.   As the anchor pin within the office her friendly and happy disposition has a great influence on the team. Lucy has a BA (Hons) Textile Design & Retail Management and has an excellent eye for design ensuring all our properties are presented at their very best.

I first came across your agency when you advertised a property my parents were interested in purchasing.
