    Are we defined by what we have done in the past, or by what we hope to achieve in the future? At Estates 10 we think we can be proud of what we've achieved over the last 5 years. We've sold and let lots of houses to be sure, but it's about more than that. We've met some amazing people along the way, formed friendships that will last a lifetime, and helped and supported dozens of local causes and events. We've also created the unique WVWG (surely the only estate agency in the country to support local artists with a dedicated gallery), as well as the ground breaking E-List magazine, which continues to blaze a trail for all things artistic in Waltham Forest.

    But like we said, it's not about looking backwards, of resting on our laurels. At Estates 10 we only look ahead, not behind. We are constantly evolving, perpetually adapting, always questioning perceived wisdoms and accepted ways of doing things. Because that's the way we started off, and how we got to where we are today, and to stand still is to go backwards. So we will always be responsive to what is happening around us, because we all live in the same world, don't we?

      Neil Collins - Director
      The Estates 10 ethos of 'we live here' has influenced us throughout the six years of the business. My team and I have created a refreshingly different Estate Agency. Apart from dreaming up new ideas, playing guitar and singing, chatting with the locals about Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone and sponsoring the next local event, I'm the proud father of two fabulous children. I'm still very active in the business and spend my time managing the team of sales & lettings estate agents and mortgage brokers, reading the E-List magazine with pride, and sponsoring the Walthamstow Village Window Gallery exhibitions in the former Frank Ison hardware store.

      Charles Newman - Branch and Sales Manager
      Charles has worked his way up the ranks to become the Branch Manager of Estates 10. His excellent communication skills and in depth knowledge ensure everything progresses smoothly from the moment of listing right through to handing over the keys as you move out. 

      You may spot him training in the gym, escaping to watch Leyton Orient, or walking his beloved dogs in Epping Forest. Count on Charles for a recommendation or a natter!

      Joel Poole - Sales Negotiator
      Joel has found his perfect job which combines his fascination with the history of East London and enjoyment of helping people seek-out their perfect home. 

      If you see Joel looking exhausted on a Friday morning it will be because of his regular 5 a side football games each Thursday night. There's more football at the weekend but this time he'll be watching Arsenal at the Emirates.

      Rhys Luxford - Sales Negotiator
      Rhys has a passion for property and loves getting involved in every aspect of selling it. Working at Estates 10 allows him to keep the property in London moving! 

      A few years ago, Rhys was a professional dancer, working with some cool artists and brands, even dancing in a few TV commercials. These days you'll find him in the gym with a personal best of 200kg squats, 10 reps (or so he tells everyone).

      Born in Walthamstow longer ago than he's willing to admit, Richard's legal background enables him to shed light on complex issues, providing practical advice and empathy if the stress of moving home starts to weigh you down. 

      His fabulous wife makes sure he keeps his mind and body in good shape as watching the Os at the weekend can be taxing on even the strongest psyche.

      Hayley's good ole fashion "communication is key" attitude means that those who've been fortunate enough to cross her path think she rocks and they couldn't sell or buy a house without her.

      Craig's free time is occupied watching his beloved Spurs (he's been a season ticket holder for years), and gearing up for his annual pilgrimage to the hallowed lawns of the All England Club to take in the tennis.

      A true East-Ender (but without the dramas!) and with an eagle like eye for detail, Ashley handles the essential administrative stuff, from Marketing and Customer Service, through to Group Operations and Accounting. Without him it all grinds to a halt. 

      It's unlikely you'll find many shows or musicals he hasn't seen, so track him down for a recommendation. Ashley dreams of living in France one day, chilling with a glass of wine.
