Exchange Residential was established in 2000 to provide a reliable, professional lettings and property management service in Newcastle upon Tyne. Originally set up to manage properties for our parent company - property development and investment firm Adderstone Group - demand quickly grew through word of mouth. Soon, we were managing homes on behalf of landlords across the region who had been impressed by our service.

Today, Exchange Residential is proud to be one of the largest and most respected residential letting agencies in the North East, managing hundreds of properties for both private and institutional clients.
