The lettings business has been in operation since 2009 founded by Andrew Green and continues to thrive with a growing portfolio. Michael Adey Property acquired the lettings business in 2024 and is managed by Michael's sister, Katherine Little, with over 15 years experience in the industry. Between our team of 6 we have more than 80 years' experience with extensive knowledge of the area that we serve including rural, town, village and coastal locations.
Covering an area of approx. 25 square miles including Exmoor, North Devon and West Somerset. We have extensive knowledge of the area that we serve, which includes rural, town, village and coastal locations.
We are open six days a week working flexible hours to accommodate all our clientele, our highly trained team always aim to give the best quality service and maintain the highest standards in all aspect of their jobs.
