We met Melanie for the first time today and she was absolutely wonderful! Despite us running late, she was incredibly patient and understanding, making us feel at ease. She took her time showing us around, never rushed us and answered all our questions thoroughly. Her friendly and sweet nature made the whole experience enjoyable. The team at Farr & Farr have been amazing! After 22 years in the same property, my mum made the move to be closer to us. The ladies booked a viewing for a property mum had spotted on a walk, the booking was the very next day. They were accommodating, no pushy sales, the lady who showed us around was lovely and knew lots about the property. When we placed an offer, the team worked with us and the seller to agree a price and how quick we could proceed. The sale took only 6 weeks and we were updated weekly. Mum received a hamper when she completed, which she was over the moon with, such a kind thought. We would highly recommend Farr & Farr. Alex S
