      I would most definitely use the team again
      I recommend Alexander and the team at Felicity J Lord Clerkenwell for the sale of a property. I sold my flat at a very satisfactory price after a lot of hard work from the team that we did not see from the two other agents that we worked with, from staging the flat for photos, to delivering viewers, to negotiations with buyers. Staging:¿ the team spent much time during the photo shoot rearranging furniture as well as throws and pillows to give the flat a nice cosy look. The two other agents I worked with did not bother to show up during the initial photo shoot. Viewings: The team generated a comparable number of viewings in three weeks as two other agencies combined over three months. Negotiations: although we ultimately sold to a buyer identified by Felicity J Lord, there was a competing bid from another buyer identified by different agent whose final bid was actually slightly higher. The only reason why Felicity J Lord's buyer got the flat was because Alexander was a competent negotiator and maintained deal momentum. In contrast, the other agent had to be told that he works for me, not the buyer, and be given specific messages to deliver. The team was also decent at giving feedback throughout the process. Finally, they kindly checked on the flat, the post, and the meter after the flat entered into contract. I would most definitely use the team again if I have another flat to sell.
