    We understand the importance of giving landlords peace of mind, which is why 88% of our eligible letting team members are ARLA Propertymark qualified (see Meet Our Team section). Our Letting Specialists apply a proactive approach to sourcing your tenant by focusing on matching the right tenant with the right property (not just the first one through the door). Our Property Managers are based locally to the properties they manage, and they are hands-on, dealing with the whole tenancy life cycle from check-in to check-out. They also man our 24/7 emergency line for tenants which means your property is looked after by the same people - day or night.

    • Branches: we have nine offices covering Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.
    • Email: to make sure you don't miss the perfect property you can register on our website and be notified the moment a suitable property becomes available.
    • Local area: we love where we live, and we want you to enjoy it too. If you're new to the area, speak to our team about what's important to you.
    • Applying: once you have found a property you like you can apply online rather than filling out and posting paperwork. We will then reference each tenant before drawing up the tenancy agreement and having all parties sign it. You will then pay the first month's rent and deposit before moving in.
    • Contact: for all managed properties, a Finders Keepers Property Manager will be your point of contact throughout your tenancy. They are local, hands-on and empowered to solve problems. We also have a 24/7 emergency line, which is manned by a member of staff, not outsourced to a call centre.
    • Check-in / Check-out: at the start of your tenancy, we arrange an appointment to explain all the appliances and help you settle into your home. At the end of the tenancy, your Property Manager visits your home and goes through the inventory to confirm that everything is in good order before arranging the deposit refund.

    We believe that qualifying our people gives them the knowledge and experience to handle complex tasks efficiently, reducing risks and delivering reliable results. For our landlords, this expertise saves them time, money, and potential long-term issues, ensuring peace of mind.

    Since 2008 we have heavily invested in ensuring our letting and management teams are qualified with the relevant Propertymark certificates. Across our nine offices, 88 per cent of our team holds a qualification (ranging from Level 2 to Level 4) for which they had to study and take exams to prove technical knowledge of their understanding of the complexities of letting and property management.

    With over 50 years of experience in Oxfordshire's lettings industry, and high numbers of qualified people, you can have confidence in and trust our advice.
