Tenant Find and Let Only

This service is aimed at landlords who would prefer to manage the property themselves once the tenancy has commenced. We will market and advertise the property, sourcing tenants and obtaining references for the applicants, prepare the legal paperwork and all associated documentation. We will also collect the first month's rent and the tenant's deposit which we will transfer to the Deposit Protection Service unless instructed otherwise. Thereafter the landlord will manage the tenancy.

Tenant Find and Full Management

This is a full lettings and management service aimed at landlords who would prefer a 'hands off' role, whereby we provide all of the above but with the added advantage of also dealing with all the day to day issues that can arise with a tenancy. These include amongst other things, serving legal notices, carrying out inspections, collecting rent and dealing with deposit returns and disputes. We will also act as the landlord and tenant's first point of contact for all maintenance issues.
