Jon Bird HEAD OF LETTINGS

Head of the Lettings Team. Chef, drinkologist, husband, dad, wordsmith, publican and quiz master Jon took his time discovering estate agency. Good things come to those who wait. Jon is an experienced long distance runner and will casually run the 8 miles to and from work rather than take a car. Captain of lunch club Jon ensures the team eat well. He is working to become the best estate agent in the world, probably.

Francesca O'Reilly LETTINGS TEAM PA

Former captain of Ruislip Rangers Ladies FC and a Pontins escapee, Francesca-Rose O'Reilly is a force of nature - she has been telling us what to do since the day she started (in a good way) and holds a very firm hand on the tiller as she guides each lettings deal through to a happy move in. She has helped to lower the average age of our team, but don't be fooled by her youth and sweet smile - powered by a diet of vegetables and prosecco Fran runs the show. She's called "The Co-ordinator", and we all do what we're told!

Finlay Brewer was founded in 1992 by Teresa Brewer and Simon Gresswell and was joined by Paul Cosgrove in 1998 who has since become a partner.

We are one of West London's leading independent local estate agents and we cover Brook Green, Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Askew and Brackenbury Village. We believe that the depth of our local knowledge is unique to our part of West London and we are committed to maintaining our unequalled understanding of the areas we cover.

In 2019 we opened Finlay Brewer International which is based in Monaco and the French Riviera.

Our Head Office is based in Brook Green from where we cover West London. Our sales and lettings teams specialise in residential properties across the board from studios to large family houses.

Our success and achievements are due to hard work, an integrated use of technology and an honest straight-talking approach. In providing a personal and professional service we ensure that we listen carefully to the requirements and needs of everyone we work with. TOP TIPS FOR DRESSING YOUR HOME
To ensure that your property looks its best for photographs and viewings:

Please ensure the property is clean and tidy. In particular clear away toys, clothes, toiletries, utensils and pet accessories but leave out attractive ornaments/decorations for contemporary shots. Remove TV remote controls, wires of appliances and clear coffee tables.

Arrange fresh flowers if possible.

Clear away kitchen clutter and leave surfaces clear. Remove jars and bottles but leave things that look appropriate such as shiny new coffee makers.

Straighten bed covers, fluff pillows and arrange furniture neatly.

Ensure that balcony/terrace doors can be opened to get the best shots possible.

Bathrooms - please ensure that bottles and laundry bins are put away and towels are folded neatly.

Ensure the lawn is mowed, any gardening equipment is stored away and the garden furniture is clean and arranged neatly. Put away refuse bins.

And don't forget about 'kerb appeal' - clean/polish your front door hardware and if you have window boxes keep them watered and fresh!

Teresa started her career in commercial property agency and moved to residential agency in Brook Green in 1988. Teresa set up the sales side of the business when the company opened in 1992. Her boundless energy is focused on ensuring Finlay Brewer is the "go to" agent in the area. Outside work Teresa has a passion for exercise and spends most weekends on the South Coast.

Paul moved to London from Dublin in 1985 and initially worked in the city as an insurance broker from where he moved to Petplan where he was the first Director of Equine. Paul has been described as the "heart of Finlay Brewer", his passion for property is legendary, his local knowledge and his results are unequalled. Outside work Paul is probably working or enjoying a busy and eclectic social life.

She took to her new career role like a duck to water and has been swimming along fabulously since she joined us. Family man Amin has taken to the industry and the team as if he was born for it.
