      Ben leads the Agency team in Ashby de la Zouch and has vast experience in selling rural, residential and agricultural property across Derbyshire, West Leicestershire, East Staffordshire, North Warwickshire and West Nottinghamshire. The team sell rural estates, country houses, village properties, farms and land.        Ben studied a Land Management degree at Harper Adams University and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2006. He lives in South Derbyshire with his young family and participates in a broad range of sports outside work.

      Tom joined the Ashby de Zouch office in 2017, having previously been Sales Director at well-known Derbyshire estate agents. Having been involved in the industry since 2003, Tom has built up a robust knowledge of all property matters, covering Derbyshire and surrounds. Thomas has a reputation for offering straightforward, honest advice and cutting through complex property issues. He is well placed to match buyers to properties through his loyal and extensive connections. In recent years he has specialised in new homes and development advice, together with traditional house sales, by either Private Treaty or Public Auction means.
