Highly focused, innovative, resourceful, accountable, and very hard working - Natalie and Bradley are a breath of fresh air. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. 

We tried to sell our unique Victorian property with a local estate agent. The agent advertised and tried to sell our house during two separate periods of several months each, all to no avail. After over nine frustrating months in total still with no buyer, we moved to Flying Fish. From the moment we met Bradley and Natalie it was a different world. The house was photographed and launched within a few days, we then had five viewings arranged and six days after the launch we had an offer of the full asking price (from the third viewing). Natalie and Bradley handled all the viewings, always briefed prospective buyers; so important and usually neglected by most agents. They also make sure they 'get to know the house' and can answer any queries etc at viewings. They gave immediate feedback to us and handled all the communication between us and all the various parties involved, from beginning to Exchange and then Completion. The Flying Fish Estate Agency is a real exemplar of how we wish all estate agents were - and SHOULD be. As well as totally professional and efficient, Natalie and Bradley had such a charming, engaging manner and a great sense of humour throughout it was like talking to friends. We cannot speak highly enough of the exemplary service we received, and they so often went the extra mile on several occasions to make sure everything was fine. We have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Flying Fish to anyone - we already have! Bradley and Natalie are happy to travel to where you and your property are. The property we have just sold was empty and they supervised all viewings.

Marketing the property using social media helped to track down the right profile of buyer and Bradley and Natalie's flexible approach meant that viewings could be quickly arranged and conducted. There was always great feedback as well. Our sale was swiftly concluded with the help of their constant communication between buyer and seller. I would not hesitate to recommend this Estate Agency for its personal and very 21st Century approach.

The service and communication was excellent and we were confident in Flying Fish from start to finish. There were a few hurdles along the way but we got there in the end. We would certainly recommend Flying Fish. 

We cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Bradley and Natalie are a wonderful team. Not only did they find a proceedable buyer in three weeks but their support, both professional and kind, through a longer than necessary wait to exchange contracts, was amazing, just amazing. We dealt mostly with Natalie (although it was Bradley who handled the viewing from which came the successful offer) whose kindness, ready availability, attention to detail and perseverance in chasing up sluggish operators further down the chain exceeded all expectations.
