Moving on from the law firms and continuing her career working for a property developer, Chantelle was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential sales, collaborating with teams across the business to effectively manage transactions. In this capacity, she oversaw sales pipelines across multiple international offices from instruction to completion, developed a bespoke CRM system tailored to business needs, and led all legal and regulatory compliance requirements. Her leadership in optimising processes and managing all elements of sales and legal was instrumental to the business.
Chantelle studied law, later moving on to specifically focus on conveyancing, providing her with a solid foundation of knowledge to compliment her operational skills. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her ability to build relationships and strategically drive the functioning of a successful sales team.
