    Foster and Co was launched in 2017 by Edward Foster who is well known in the local area and holds many years of experience in estate agency within Brighton & Hove.     Foster & Co has built up a large database of connections with clients situated locally, in London and internationally.     We understand how difficult moving house can be and our aim is to make the process as stress-free as possible for you.

    Below is some information on what would be required for a tenant to rent from Foster & Co

    Reservation fee

    If you have an offer accepted on a property you will be required to pay a 1 week reservation fee which will enable us to remove the property from the market and cancel all other viewings. If you later decide not to sign the tenancy agreement for the property or don't pass the reference checks, the reservation fee is not refundable.

    The fee is refundable (minus any costs incurred) if the landlord decides to withdraw.

    We also need to see your photo ID (passport or EU driving licence) and proof of current address (utility bill).

Ed started at the age of 17 working for Lewis and Co which was bought out by Hamptons International where he worked for just over 8 years.Ed has built up a lot of contacts and good working relationships over 10 years and felt it was the perfect time to launch Foster & Co.Out of the office Ed enjoys watching the football, Rugby and playing golf as well as spending time with his family and friends.
