"Imagine Estate Agents have been managing the flat above our business for the past 10 years. Even though we are just downstairs, it's a great relief to know that the first point of contact for the tenants is the amazing team at Imagine so we can focus on running our business. We recently gave notice to the tenant to vacate the flat so that we can do some refurbishment. On the day they were supposed to vacate, the tenant informed us they were staying put and also not paying rent. This is where the Imagine team really excelled - Jack, Kelly, Marcia and Jackie went above & beyond the call of duty.
