    Adam Carter - Associate Director
    Adam joined Goadsby in 2013 after completing a degree in Graphic Design at the Arts University in Bournemouth and was very quickly recognised for his drive and professionalism. He started as a trainee negotiator in Southbourne and has progressed through to his current role as Associate Director overseeing the Lettings departments in the Bournemouth, Canford Cliffs & Southbourne Offices. In his spare time Adam enjoys training at the local gym as well as spending time walking with his wife across the beautiful landscape in which we are lucky to live.

    Mark Sanderson, Lettings Director
    Mark joined Goadsby in 2005 after returning from travelling round the world. He started as a trainee negotiator in Bournemouth and has progressed to Director overseeing the Residential Lettings Department. He uses his teaching experience to run the training courses for our new lettings recruits. 
    Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and plays basketball for the Bournemouth Razors competing on a regular basis all over Dorset.

    Neil Betts - Branch Manager
    Neil joined Goadsby straight from school at our original town centre office then moved to the Southbourne office in the mid 1990's where he progressed to branch manager. He went on to open our Westbourne Office in 2003, before returning to Southbourne in 2008. Neil prides himself on great customer service and excellent local knowledge. Neil is married with 2 children and regularly watches AFC Bournemouth as well as watching his son play football.
