    Goadsby Estate Agents arrived in Winchester in 2008 and occupies a prime position on Jewry Street, which is only a short walk from the bustling high street of this beautiful city and the railway station. The office caters for the ever expanding sales, lettings and commercial markets and is supported by our network of 17 offices including those in nearby Southampton, Chandler's Ford.

    Our Sales Department is run by Associate Director Andrew Mathys, who has a sound knowledge of the area and has worked for Goadsby for approaching 12 years. He has a polite and proactive approach to selling property and will professionally guide you through the process. Ethan Jones runs our Lettings Department, and has a keen eye for detail. He will advise you on all aspects of preparing the property for marketing, as well as discussing our various management options with you, to see what suits you best.

    Managing Director James Dennett and Residential Lettings Director Mark Sanderson oversee our Winchester Sales and Lettings teams and have a wealth of experience between them.

    In addition, all properties are advertised with colour floorplans with measurements, and research shows these attract increased hits on websites and generate more viewings. The use of floorplans combined with good photography also allow potential buyers to have a greater insight into the property before they view.

    We also provide 360 degree virtual tours for all properties, to really highlight the internal spaces, which is a popular facility with buyers, particularly on the Rightmove app.

    James joined Goadsby in 1989 operating in Residential Sales. He is responsible for running the company's Residential Land Division and our seven most Eastern sales offices and was promoted to Joint Managing Director (Residential) in 2018. Having dealt with local, regional and national developers over many years he has an extensive knowledge of the market place and the requirements of homeowners, landowners and developers alike.
