Greendale Business Park is a thriving business community of more than 100 companies. The Park is strategically located near Exeter, being just 3.5 miles from junction 30 of the M5 motorway. Exeter International Airport is also nearby.

Comprising over 1,800,000 sq. ft. of existing industrial units and secure open storage, Greendale Business Park hosts a diverse collection of tenants, from leading multi-national logistics companies, such as Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx, to thriving local SMEs, including LL Exeter, Westexe Storage and Forklifts and Opus Plastics.

We are blessed by our surroundings at Greendale and are working hard to protect and enhance the rural setting of the Business Park. Over the last 15 years, we have planted over 23,000 trees on the adjoining land and have ambitious plans for further planting and amenity areas for our businesses to enjoy.

Recognising the need to also address the pressing energy, climate and pollution issues currently affecting the global environment, we are also working towards a number of ways to develop the Park in a more sustainable way, with the aim of providing a healthier, more ecologically responsible workplace for our businesses, and minimising our impact on both the local community and the wider world.
