I have several apartments for rent with different managing companies. Denise at Greenwich Peninsula is the best manager by far. Always has a solution that makes sense and actions things quickly. Sends pictures of repairs or issues. Great manager! I recommend!

What a great experience I had with Greenwich Peninsula Lettings and Antonia. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. From the initial viewing to signing the lease, she was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns, especially during the initial Covid days when everything was so uncertain. I truly appreciate her support in finding the perfect flat overlooking the Thames river for me. Throughout the 3,5 years that I lived in the Upper Riverside buildings, I really enjoyed my lovely flat, the gym alternatives, all amenities around, the ease of commute and the riverside walks. I highly recommend this area and development to anyone who wants to live in a bright flat with a fantastic view. Thank you Antonia!

I never write reviews, but this felt like a must. So, it's August 2023 and I find a property on Right Move that I like. I was casually looking for a new apartment at the time because I wanted to move away from the DLR noise. I sent an enquiry on the website and I eventually get an email from Joe, the Lettings Consultant. His initial email didn't cause any especial impression. It was your typical info collection form in an email to get my requirements for a new rental property. Joe sent over a few apartments that I reviewed but they didn't feel like home for some reason, so I didn't even arrange for a viewing at the time. What struck me was that the conversation didn't stop there. A few weeks later, a new apartment that met my requirements became available, so Joe sent over a video to see if I would be interested in viewing it, and I actually was. Joe showed me round, but it didn't, again, feel like I wanted to live there when I saw it in person. Three more months down the line, and I'm still on the market for an apartment. And the same thing happens again: I reach out to Joe directly, we review my requirements, he sends over a few properties, and we meet to view them. We end up viewing 5! apartments in one day, and I finally find the one. If you've made it this far you've probably gathered that I'm a picky individual. Joe's patience with my requests where beyond what I'm used to in these scenarios, and I have been renting for 15 years all over EU. It's also things like helping me fill out the offer form at 8pm on a Wednesday, replying to my emails in 5 minutes, getting full visibility of the status of my offer, etc. that has set the whole experience of finding a new home with Joe and Loy (the Lettings Coordinator who's helped me with the rental agreement) on a level of its own -- you want these guys in your team 100%
