    Full management service Our most popular service, we will look after everything connected with the letting of your property, including:
    • Processing references for prospective tenant(s)
    • Arranging the check-in
    • Compiling a Comprehensive Inventory of Condition Report
    • Collecting the rent and transferring it to your nominated account

    • Writing to utility companies to arrange the transfer of utility accounts to the tenant(s)

    Rent collection service If you opt for our rent collection service, we will process references for the tenant(s), as well as issuing a standing order for monthly rent payments and collecting the rent to transfer to your nominated account.

    If you'd prefer to collect the rent and manage the property yourself, then we can find a tenant for you, process references for them, and collect the first month's rent and deposit on your behalf.     How and when is rent paid?
    One months rent is payable in advance on the start date of the tenancy and monthly thereafter in line with the dates on your tenancy agreement. Depending on circumstances six month's rent in advance can also be paid at the start of the tenancy.

    What is the standard length of a tenancy?

    We draw up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) which is a minimum of a 6 months fixed agreement. After this initial fixed period the tenancy will become a statutory periodic tenancy unless another fixed tenancy is signed, where the tenant can give a month's notice to terminate and the landlord has to give two month's notice inline with the tenancy start date.

    How much will the deposit be?

    A deposit is payable by the tenant, usually equivalent to 6 weeks rent. (This can vary depending on specific landlord requirements)
