Harringtons Lettings, Hove

I recently used Harringtons Lettings to let my property, I joined Harringtons over a year ago as an introduction Landlord as I wanted to try them out before asking them to manage my property. Its always difficult to choose the right agency so I was cautious about giving to much to soon.I was pleasantly surprised! They managed to get me the asking price I wanted with no problems at all, Let the property straight away with brilliant tenants! I dealt with the Branch Manager Aston, he is very professional and so easy to communicate with! If I have any problems (which is rare) its dealt with straight away! He is definitely more interested in your best interests rather than any money he may get out of you! If your thinking of using a lettings agent I would definitely recommend Harringtons! I've recently just handed my property over to them on a fully managed contract!

Rating as a Landlord overseas with property in Hove. Communicates effectively and quickly with both landlords and tenants. Resolved any maintenance issues quickly on my behalf. Has provided useful legal guidance on a multitude of freeholder issues. Generally, a superb letting agent with very reasonable agent's fees.

Harringtons let out two properties for me this year. They were very professional, achieved good rents and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
