We know that finalising the tenancy agreement is just the beginning of the landlord-tenant journey. We offer a full management service for our landlords so you can feel comfortable and confident that your property is in our safe hands with Hat and Home Property Management, and you wont be woken in the middle of the night to hear about a noisy boiler.

I have worked in the industry for 12 years during which time I have gained experience in creative negotiation to achieve the best results for my clients, legal and commercial expertise to ensure that their assets are fully protected, and a wealth of knowledge in legislation and compliance. At Hat and Home, our aim is to provide a complete service to our landlords and tenants so they feel supported and their needs are catered for on each step of their journey with us. I live with my fiancé Chris and our ideal weekend activity would be taking a trip out for a walk in the countryside and having a relaxed pub dinner. I also enjoy reading and am currently trying to improve my strength and fitness with the help of my patient Personal Trainer! -

I started Hat and Home in 2021 to offer everyone the opportunity to have a fantastic experience when moving home. A Wokingham resident for the past 12 years, you can often see me running the 'Ludgrove Loop' or trying to keep up with my two kids on their scooters on the school run. I am married to Jacquie, a fitness coach who keeps me on my toes! -
