We used Hathways to sell our house, it was an old property and after the buyer's survey was done quite a few potential problems were noted and we thought we were going to have to reduce our price by thousands. Hathways arranged quotes and recommended tradesmen to get things sorted at hardly any cost to us. They kept buyers interested and updated throughout the process and the sale went through - we couldn't have moved without them, and they arranged our mortgage for our next house! We wouldn't ever use anyone apart from Hathways.

Hathways have recently listed our property which is currently for sale. We have been pleased with the photographs taken of our home and garden which are of a very high standard. This is in sharp contrast with some photographs we have seen when looking at properties listed with other Estate Agents. The staff at Hathways are always polite and professional and are good at communicating with us and we feel confident that they are doing their utmost to find a buyer for our property.

Just sold our house with Hathways and would never use another agent!! Having already used them as a letting agent for some of our rental properties we chose them knowing they don't have the viewing delays common with other agents and loved the enthusiasm of their young and dynamic team. Despite already knowing this we were shocked that in the first few days we had multiple viewings booked and an unbelievable amount of interest through social media with people from out of area requesting to view due to the marketing and pictures. We did not need the viewings booked as Rouri secured a deal over the asking price from one of our first viewings. The pictures taken to market the property looked amazing and made me not want to sell!! The couple who purchased the property stated that one of the pictures taken of our kitchen had sold the property before they viewed!! The overall service from our telephone call asking for a valuation was quick and faultless and the customer service amazing. If Rouri who was dealing with the sale wasn't around Lydia who works in the rental department went above and beyond to not just take a message but deal with any queries quickly. Having viewed a number of properties with other agents I have found that some have a week or more waiting time to view whereas Hathways get the viewing done as soon as possible, other agents don't return calls whilst Hathways respond straight away. They offered a complete service of arranging a solicitor and mortgage advice which is beneficial too!! Having been put off buying properties purely because of the agent showing us around the house, I would say that Hathways are the logical choice for any sales, lettings or mortgage advice!!
