For tenants

No tenant fees. You’ll only be asked for the payments the Tenant Fees Act 2019 allows: a holding deposit of up to one week’s rent and a tenancy deposit of up to five weeks’ rent.

Protection and memberships

Hello Neighbour Limited is a member of the UKALA Client Money Protection Scheme (192843), The Property Ombudsman (T06401) and the Property Redress Scheme (PRS020308). Tenant deposits are protected with mydeposits. We are also members of UKALA, the Guild of Residential Landlords and UK PropTech.
