Good service, lots of viewings, good negotiations on price and reasonable advice on how to proceed in selecting a purchaser in the best position to proceed. Agent kept things moving when difficulties arose with timings and was instrumental in getting things in place to enable contract exchange. Overall a positive experience but inevitably when selling your house things become stressful and the agent was successful in keeping things on track and helping the sale to successfully complete.
