I am extremely delighted with Henstock! They went the extra mile to help me and my fiancee with the purchase of our first home.Long story short- we were in a chain and we were in the process of buying for 2 months when we got the notice from our land lord that we need to move out in little more than a month. This is when we started panicking, because we were in position where we could find ourselves spending crazy amount of money on hotels for us and storage for all of our belongings. This is when I started chasing down the chain. I have phoned Henstock , I got through to John and even though I WAS NOT working with them he was very friendly and concerned about our problem. He said that he will contact his clients in South Africa and ask them to provide all needed documents to close the deal. As you can imagine we were very nervous whether we will be able to to move in on time. We were on the phone to Henstock at least 3 times a week and I must say that they did the real work and made what at one point seemed impossible - possible.The process was very stressful and we manage to move in our new home on the day that we had to move out from the place we were renting thanks to the helpful team of HenstockThere is no doubt - every time we start talking about estate agents I recommend Henstock! First class service from all the staff at Henstock PS. Having to sell my mother's bungalow could have been traumatic but the service I had including clearing out the property was amazing. I have used Henstock Property Services to buy and sell property in the last few years.
