Marcus at Hill Clements was marketing the house we wanted to buy. He personally attended all the viewings and was a pleasure to deal with. He was calm, polite and professional throughout the negotiations and instinctively knew when to 'sell' and when to be patient particularly given we were buying at an uncertain time in the market. He is easily one of the best agents I have come over the past year whilst both selling and buying. Exactly how you would want an estate agent to be! Hill Clements are responsive, easy to get hold of, and extremely professional. They put in a lot of work to reach an agreeable price for both us (the buyers) and the property seller, and offered help and support where it was needed. The house buying process had all the stress taken out of it, even when there was a chain to deal with. Would absolutely use them again.
