The Hollis Morgan New Homes department was launched in 2012 following strong demand from clients who had purchased sites through our market leading Auctions Department and wanted professional advice to market their completed developments and to maximise returns.
The department is headed by Daniel Harris who is known as one of the leading residential development consultants in the South West and has been involved in many of the most significant developments to come to the market across the region.
Our New Homes team work with some of the South West’s best-known developers, providing advice to clients on acquisition and conception through to completion.
We have a proven track record of selling developments of all sizes from 1 to 200 unit schemes and because we are not a large commercial operator we can be very nimble and this means we tend to get results, selling out of schemes sometimes in a matter of weeks rather than months, allowing our clients to extract their capital and to reinvest often through us and via our land and auction team.
This complete service is very unique to Hollis Morgan and is why we are continuing to grow our business in 2025 by offering new services.
