I have been dealing with Josh for several months prior to switching from our current agency to HOP. In stark contrast to my experience with the former managing agent, Josh has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, keeping me informed of all critical issues and taking pro-active steps as necessary. I am delighted with his performance to date and look forward to this level of professionalism continuing. Unfortunately, in the property managing market, this level of professionalism is often promised but seldom delivered. In Josh and HOP I appear to have found the one that delivers!

Speaking with Grant P regarding the sale of a property currently let through HOP has been an absolute pleasure. I unfortunately had to pull out of the prep for sale due to unforeseen circumstances but that did not sway Grant from remaining professional, helpful and very pleasant. Because of this experience I will no doubt be using HOP and hopefully Grants time when the time comes to pick this back up.

As a student of three years, I have had some really bad experiences with moving into new properties. HOP have completely changed my mind this time round as they were honest and clear of what was happening, the pick up of keys was easy and the new property was in a great condition when we opened the door for the first time. Anyone in the Leeds looking for student properties, I could not recommend enough!
