    Charlie Barr, Co-Owner and Director of Homes has enjoyed a successful career as an estate agent since leaving college. A highly motivated and positive individual with a strong entrepreneurial drive, Charlie's relentless energy and enthusiasm sets him apart from other agents and is the driving force behind the success and 'can-do' culture of Homes Estate Agents. With over 16 years' experience in residential property sales, lettings and land and new homes, Charlie has earned a reputation for setting new standards in the sector. Immersing himself in all aspects of the business, Charlie grew up in the immediate local area and still resides locally with his wife Kelly and two young daughters.
