    We offer two services,

    Our Fully Managed service is charged at £150 plus VAT. Included within this charge is the preparation of the particulars, advertising on our website, Rightmove and Zoopla, accompanying all viewings, tenant referencing, compiling the inventory and the tenancy agreement. The deposit will also be collected and registered by us. We then charge a management fee equal to 11% of the monthly rent plus VAT. This charge enables us to collect the rent on your behalf, inspect the property and deal with all maintenance issues. I have attached further details of our fully managed service.

    Alternatively, for landlords who are prepared to be 'hands on' our Let Only service is charged at a one off fee which is equivalent to 75% of one month's rent (£300 minimum fee applies), plus VAT. We will still prepare the particulars, advertise on the above websites and accompany the viewings. We will deal with the tenancy agreement but we do not compile an inventory. On the first day of tenancy, we will take the first month's rent and forward it to you minus our charges. We will also forward you the tenants' deposit which you must assign to the reputable scheme. We recommend the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).
