    Marcus Waldron ( Head of Country Homes)
    Marcus has been the forefront of estate agency for over 30 years, and is one of the most experienced agents on the Island, having dealt with all types of property from apartments through to manor houses. He has extensive knowledge of the Island, having operated in the majority of towns and villages before opening his own business in the village of Bembridge in 1990, and subsequently expanding into Ryde. After running his business for five years, Marcus became a partner with Hose Rhodes Dickson, and is now based in Ryde from where he heads Country Homes and covers the whole Island in conjunction with the other offices.

    Cynthia Robertson (Sales Manager)
    Cynthia has a long career in Estate Agency spanning some 30 years during which time she has acquired considerable experience in all aspects of the industry. Joining Hose Rhodes Dickson almost 20 years ago to run the successful Bembridge Branch for several years, Cynthia then ran the Island Holiday Homes department gaining invaluable knowledge of this highly competitive market. For the last 4 years Cynthia has been Sales Manager at the busy Newport office and we are delighted that she has joined the Country Homes team.

    Zadie began agency work over 30 years ago and has worked for Hose Rhodes Dickson for 20 years. She really enjoys being part of our Country Homes Department and feels that the uniqueness of the properties on offer make for one of the most interesting roles in her career to date.
