Hound & Porter, Reigate

We're so glad we chose Hound & Porter as our agent when we put our Edwardian 4-bedroom house in Reigate on the market in July 2023. It was at a time when the property market had taken a dive and it was very difficult to sell houses. Our first two buyers had to drop out because of personal circumstances but H&P carried on looking for a buyer and then found us a third one who purchased our house! We dealt mainly with India who is a true force of nature, who never gave up, made all the right things happen and kept our spirits up when we thought the property market was well and truly against us. India, Chris and Matt were always totally supportive, professional and enthusiastic, as well as always more than happy to use their in-depth knowledge to give us advice on anything we asked about. Needless to say, we now recommend Hound & Porter to all our friends who say they're planning to sell their house!

Hound and Porter are an excellent, professional bespoke estate agency, who provide a personal experience. Throughout the whole process the team at H&P where always on hand. They are very realistic with their clients, meaning they value your home correctly, and give you the right price. My journey started with H&P vegan flapjacks, which was a fantastic introduction. When my property completed they provided a complimentary thank you gift in the form of a hamper, which is something I've never seen from an estate agent. Chris and his team have fantastic experience and market knowledge. They are always reading up on the market and follow developments. I'd strongly recommend Hound & Porter, as they are a fantastic boutique estate agency, whom deliver a personal touch.

Absolutely brilliant service from initial meeting to handing over the keys a few months later. They even managed their recommend solicitor who pushed the sale through. I cannot recommend too highly. Superior in every way to the usual supposedly high end high street names.......who failed completely.
