So far, I've had a really good experience with House and Co. I've been dealing with Dave House, who has been very supportive about my concerns regarding employing an agent, following poor experiences in the past. I have found the rate of response to queries has been excellent, and the flexibility he and his team have been able to provide regarding some unusual conditions on the let has also been super. Dave has been super quick at organising contractors to come in and do necessary testing, which has resulted in extra work being needed. This has all been handled with clear explanations and minimum fuss. The tenants moved in over the weekend, and whilst there are a couple of teething problems outside of House & Co's responsibility, I know I can rely on their advice and support to come up with the best solution for both the tenants and myself. Great Service - no hassle. I have 3 properties managed by House & Co since 2007. The properties are always occupied with happy tenants who look after the property well. Any repairs needed are identified and quickly sorted out through their own local contractors which I find to be good value for money and very responsive. I get regular reports supported by photos so that I can be assured that the property is in good condition and they ensure that I comply with all relevant landlord legislation House & Co take the strain out of being a landlord - particularly as I don't live in the area. Dave was so helpful and amazing. I had an unexpected death in my family and had to back out of my letting agreement.
