We popped into Howard in Clifton a a few months back to register our interest in renting a property. Met with Chris who was friendly and listened to our requirements. He was able to take us to and show us round a property there and then that exactly matched what we told him would be suitable. Chris was on hand to answer any questions and anything he was unsure of, he got us answers from the Landlord the let the property on behalf of. We went and away and had a think and after a quick second viewing agreed the let the next day. From there the process was smooth and hassle free and referencing completed in quick time, and asking to pop round and take a few measurements before we moved in was no problem at all.
