      Director of Hull Gregson & Hull since 2022, Matt prides himself in delivering the highest level of customer service, combined with utilising and evolving with the very latest technology. With over 10 years experience in the local property market, Matt covers all aspects of sales and lettings.

      In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his partner and two children, regular dog walks and shopping!

      Mark Cornell MNAEA, Sales Manager
      Mark joined the company in 2023 and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the local housing market. Having worked in Estate Agency in Swanage, Weymouth, Dorchester & Portland since 2010, he is well rounded to offer advice and guidance in all aspects of property sales locally. His work ethic is 'old fashioned customer service', combined with sharing the same ethos as the company to continually evolve, utilising the latest technology and processes. In 2016 Mark earned his Level 3 Diploma in Residential Sales (NAEA).

      In his spare time Mark enjoys the all important family time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys football, formula 1 and likes to collect wrist watches.

      Shannon has worked in estate agency for a number of years prior to joining Hull Gregson Hull, covering the Isle Of Purbeck. Shannon brings a creative approach, with her attention to detail, marketing and property staging expertise. Shannon conducts a lot of the sales viewings, as well as negotiating offers, property photography, virtual tours, creative videos and social media.

      Jasmine White MARLA, Lettings Manager
      Originally from Bath, Jasmine has been living in Dorset for the past 15 years, so has a great knowledge of the area. Jasmine is vastly experienced and has been tremendous in the significant lettings growth at HGH, helping to manage over 200 rental properties! Jasmine oversees the lettings team in Swanage and does so with passion and enthusiasm. 

       In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys dog walks, looking after her chickens, and early morning boot camp sessions! Jasmine strives to go above and beyond, offering an impeccable customer service, always with a smile on her face.

      Jackie joined the firm in 2010, was born and educated in Swanage. She is enthusiastic, hard working and always pays close attention to detail.       Jasmine is our newest recruit and is already earning her stripes as an aspiring sales negotiator. We were pleased to welcome Jasmine to our ranks for a short period of time in 2024, on work experience. During this week, we were so impressed with Jasmine's tenacity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn that we were pleased to welcome her full-time, at the start of 2025. 

      Jasmine prepares many of our incredible property videos, prepares property posts for social media and creates property brochures. She is accompanying the senior members of staff on viewings and is proving herself a valuable member of the team. Born and raised in the area, Jasmine has a wide range of local knowledge. She is undertaking her Level 2 certificate in Residential Sales before advancing to Level 3.
