      Matt Gregg, Managing Director
      Director of Hull Gregson & Hull since 2022, Matt prides himself in delivering the highest level of customer service, combined with utilising and evolving with the very latest technology. With over 10 years experience in the local property market, Matt covers all aspects of sales and lettings.

      In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his partner and two children, regular dog walks and shopping!

      Mark Cornell MNAEA, Sales Manager
      Mark joined the company in 2023 and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the local housing market. Having worked in Estate Agency in Weymouth, Dorchester & Portland since 2010, he is well rounded to offer advice and guidance in all aspects of property sales locally. His work ethic is 'old fashioned customer service', combined with sharing the same ethos as the company to continually evolve, utilising the latest technology and processes. In 2016 Mark earned his Level 3 Diploma in Residential Sales (NAEA).

      In his spare time Mark enjoys the all important family time with his wife and daughter. His also enjoys early morning exercise and regular dog walks.

      Tom Adams-Smith MARLA, Lettings Manager
      Tom has a real pride in his work, and is a 'geek' for technology, so enjoys introducing the latest procedures to deliver the best, most streamlined service. In 2023, he was accredited as a Member of the Association for Residential Letting Agents gaining his title MARLA. His bubbly, charismatic personality, as well as his humour, makes him very popular among customers.

      Outside of work, Tom has recently got married, so enjoys well earned family time at the weekend with his wife, two daughters and sausage dog. A fun fact about Tom you probably don't know is that he is able to solve a Rubik's Cube in under two minutes.

      Our youngest member of the team, but full of energy and enthusiasm to learn. Having just finished his A Levels in Business, Economics and History, Sam's aim is to learn all aspects of the business to the highest standard. He will be more than happy to assist in any way he can, whether that's in Sales, Lettings, or the Building Society.

      In his spare time, Sam enjoys regular gym workouts and socialising, playing golf and snooker!

      Beth has worked in previous sales roles and as an air hostess - therefore she knows the scrupulous art of customer service, care and attention to detail.       In her spare time, Beth enjoys, socialising and listening to music.... and apparently I have to mention Monty.... Monty is Beth's two-year old cockapoo who she loves to take everywhere!
