    Paul grew up in Eastbourne attending Cavendish School which is where he first met Mark. Paul started his estate agency career in 1995 within the corporate world and for over 28 years now has specialized particularly in residential valuations, property development and investment. He has also previously managed his own property portfolio which has proved invaluable when dealing with the lettings side of the business and with his encyclopaedic knowledge of the property market, and can find solutions for most, if not all issues or problems that can be thrown his way! When not working Paul enjoys socialising, travelling and walking the family dog, Darcy.

    Mark has worked in Estate Agency for over 30 years, primarily within Eastbourne but also has experience of Crowborough, Haywards Heath and Brighton property markets. He has a great understanding of all types of property and values and is considered an expert in the marketing and promotion of residential homes. He has lived in Eastbourne and the surrounding area all his life, is a family man and enjoys fine dining, football, reading and walking his dogs in the beautiful local countryside.

    Beth grew up in Eastbourne attending school locally. Beth is office based dealing with all of the sales progression and lends support to the general running of the office. Beth became a member of ARLA and passed her level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management in December 2018. In her personal time Beth enjoys spending time with her young family and is a keen cook.
