I am writing to thank Sam and the rest of the team very much for all the hard work they put for the sale of our house in Corsham. The sale was easy bit, but where they really earned their money was over the next couple of months. Unfortunately our solicitor turned out to be a bit of a nightmare where communications were concerned and Sam did his absolute best to take up the slack, often chasing her on our behalf and filling in any gaps in our knowledge of the legal process because we couldn't get to talk to the solicitor. If Sam wasn't about then it didn't matter which other person we spoke to they were all able to help and knew the current situation.
