Julia Chappell - DirectorJulia has been an estate agent in the Cotswolds for just over ten years and has worked alongside Sam for most of this time. Her property career started working for a national estate agent in Cirencester where Sam was too. Sam went on to set up Hunter French Tetbury and in 2018 and she was delighted to be asked to join him a year later as his first employee. It has certainly been wonderful to watch the business grow and establish over the last six years.
Ready for a new opportunity, Julia is thrilled to now be in partnership with Sam opening the doors to their jointly owned new office in the charming market town of Wotton-under-Edge.
Living close to Wotton-under-Edge, Julia has built an extensive knowledge of the area and has dealt with a wide range of properties across the region. Her aim is to make buying and selling an enjoyable experience, offering a friendly and professional approach. -

Sam Kidner - DirectorSam is a true Cotswolds local, growing up on a farm on the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire borders.
He initially started with Hunter French in 2010 at the Bath office where he spent just under 8 years, progressing to Sales Manager. More recently he has worked for a larger country agency in Cirencester but in June 2018, was extremely excited to be back to his roots as the most recent Director, opening the Tetbury office.
Knowledge of the local market is Sam's forte, and customers love him for his down-to-earth approach and his natural ability to build professional, yet friendly relationships with both vendors and purchasers. In April 2024, Sam in partnership with Julia jointly opened Hunter French's next office in Wotton-under-Edge where they are both super excited to get involved and become part of the town.
When he's not busy selling houses, Sam enjoys weekends walking the Cotswold countryside with his wife and his German Pointer, Hamish.
