IRG Property is an established independent real estate company based in the Algarve, specialising in property sales, management, maintenance, construction and renovation.

Established in 2008, we have extensive experience across the Algarve property market, with a particular focus on the Golden Triangle and surrounding areas including Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Almancil, Loulé and Vilamoura.

When you contact IRG Property, you deal directly with one of our Directors, Stephen Anderson or Claudia Sousa. We deliberately keep our team personal and hands-on, meaning clients deal directly with experienced property professionals rather than being passed between different sales agents.

Stephen and Claudia have extensive experience in property sales, development and management, both in Portugal and internationally. Their knowledge of the local market and personal involvement in each transaction allows us to provide straightforward, informed advice from the initial enquiry through to completion.

We offer a carefully selected range of villas, apartments, townhouses, plots and new developments, from properties requiring renovation to some of the Algarve's most established and sought-after residential areas.

For sellers, we combine local market knowledge with extensive experience in marketing and negotiating property sales, supported by a strong network of contacts in Portugal and internationally.

Property Management & Maintenance

For property owners who live abroad or simply want a reliable team looking after their property, we provide comprehensive property management and maintenance services.

From regular inspections and general maintenance to coordinating repairs, contractors and ongoing property requirements, our team provides a practical, hands-on service designed to give owners peace of mind while they are away.

Construction & Renovation

Our experience extends beyond property sales. We also manage construction, renovation and refurbishment projects, working with a trusted network of architects, designers and tradespeople.

Projects range from individual renovations and upgrades to larger-scale refurbishments and new-build properties, with IRG Property able to coordinate the different stages of a project from initial planning through to completion.
