We are a local, independent, award winning, family-run business with expert and personal knowledge of the Faversham area property market. Iliffe & Iliffe was founded by brothers Nathan and David Iliffe. Nathan and David grew up in Faversham and have been active in the local community their entire lives.

Nathan Iliffe - Director

Nathan's background was originally in the foodservice sector, working in new business development and account management in Kent and central London for an industry leader, before moving to an independent fine food business. The dream however was always to open Iliffe & Iliffe with David, and was in the pipeline for several years before the opportunity arose to finally establish the dream in 2020.Outside of work Nathan can be found with a glass of wine or G&T in hand, enjoys dining out and spending time with friends. On Sundays during October and November, Nathan can be found harnessed to a forklift working with other volunteers to install the Faversham Christmas lights display.

David Iliffe - Director

David has extensive experience of the Kent property market. He started his career working for one of Kent's leading agents for several years, covering numerous towns including Faversham, and experiencing different markets. David then moved to an independent, local agent before establishing Iliffe & Iliffe with his brother, Nathan.Away from work David can be found at the gym, in one of Faversham's pubs with friends, watching the rugby or spending time with his partner, Hazel.

Lucy joined the team in 2023. Lucy has lived in Faversham all her life and attended school at The Abbey School where she studied A levels in Criminology, Dance and History. Lucy has previously worked in local businesses in Faversham and is excited to start her new career with Iliffe and Iliffe.Outside of work Lucy spends time with her family and socialising with friends.

Wayne Hills - Sales Valuer

Wayne is a local resident, having lived in Faversham all his life and is widely know in the community. He brings over 25 years' experience in estate agency, mainly working the Faversham and surrounding villages market - bringing local expertise and a proven track record of exceptional service to the Faversham property market.
Outside of work, Wayne will often be found out cycling around Faversham countryside or enjoying a glass of wine in town down by the Creekside. Wayne also enjoys spending time in London at the theatre, good restaurants, photography and traveling.

Phil has a strong local knowledge and has lived in Faversham for over 20 years. He has watched Iliffe & Iliffe grow since our establishment and was eager to join the business as soon as the opportunity presented itself. Outside of work Phil spends time with his family, sings with local rhythm and blues band Rubber Biscuit, rings the bells at various churches across Faversham and appears on stage at the Arden Theatre from time to time, too.
