Who are the Imagine Property Group?

We're a successful independent property company, with our Head Office based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Since 2006, we've grown into a network of estate and letting agency branches, and added a Property Management business, and a Land and New Homes agent. We have branches in Central Watford, WD25 (Garston), Bushey and Hemel Hempstead, covering all those locations and their surrounding areas.

I rented my property with Imagine, Garston branch. They have been top professionals and clearly understand the market. I was involved with Jack Kingsley, Jemma Selwyn, Ellie Wylie during the various stages of discussion. I must say each of them very thorough professionals, very responsive and provided me the right guidance. Jack visited my home, clearly advised what should be done to improve and attract tenants, what is the rent, likely turnaround time, arranged for all the certificates, Photos and I must really say under the guidance of Jack and his experience I was relaxed and on the estimated date the property was let out.

They also provide advise on the contractors etc. I Opted for full service of rent and it was very easy. I will recommend any one who is planning to let their property and finding difficulty in letting please reach to Jack and his team from Imagine. Their offer is also competitive to other agents and their knowledge in and around Watford is very good.
